ICON (Sold)

This self portrait as an Icon is a celebration of my own journey. One that has been marked by resilience to the trials and traumas arising from personal challenges throughout my childhood in Vinnytsia. It is an exploration of the ups and downs of growing up in a Country at the verge of conflict, towards my teenage years as an emerging artist. My artistic spirit has emerged triumphant and imbued of curiosity about the basic blocks that construct our memories, experiences, and common human emotions. This painting therefore represents the innocence at the start of the process but also the boldness and defiance towards a more challenging future
